Welcome to our wedding website! Surrounded by the people we love most, we’ll be saying “I do” in a place that means the world to us. On this website, you’ll find everything you need to know — from the schedule of events and travel details, to our story and a few little tips to make your trip seamless.
Travel
There will be a shuttle running from town, leaving at 1:30pm from the Information Centre and stopping at the Stanthorpe Holiday Park at approximately 1:45pm and Country Style Holiday Park at approximately 1:50pm. The bus will depart the venue at 10:30pm to drop guests back at the same locations. There is also plenty of parking available at the venue.
Arrival & Departure
Arrive at 2:00 pm and follow the signs to the designated ceremony parking. There’s no set finish time for our celebrations—stay, dance, and enjoy the evening for as long as you wish. We’ll simply say goodbye whenever you’re ready to head off.
Important Details
We’ll have an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the evening, however feel free to BYO any of your favourites.
Please note that pets are not permitted on the property for guests or those staying onsite. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.

Airbnb
A range of local Airbnb’s are available near us in Glen Aplin, approximately a 5 minute drive to the venue.
Camping
Limited camping is available at the venue for $30 per vehicle with a portable toilet & shower block arranged for Friday - Monday for campers. Please note that there will not be access to power due to the already increased demand from the wedding events.

Wishing Well
As for gifts, your presence is the greatest gift of all. For those who have asked, if you wish to honour the special occasion with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our wishing well.
Dress Code
Garden Party Formal
By definition: a more relaxed yet sophisticated level of formality appropriate for an outdoor setting. Dress to impress and bring warm attire for the evening!
